Booking and paying for your holiday

To secure your reservation, a deposit of 25% of the total booking price is required. The final balance is required 4 weeks before the start of your holiday. A security deposit of £200 is payable when you pay your balance. This will be fully refunded within two weeks after your stay, providing the apartment is left as you found it, there are no breakages, and you have replaced the essential welcome items provided for at the beginning of your stay.

Bedlinen & Towels

Bedlinen and towels are not included in the rental price. You are welcome to bring your own, alternatively we can organise the supply of freshly laundered bedlinen and towels for €20 which goes towards the laundry cost only. Duvet and pillows will be provided.

In the interests of hygiene and cleanliness, we supply mattress and pillow protector covers for both the double futon bed and the single futon cube beds. Please request this when you book your stay. 

Cleaning services

We supply cleaning products and a vacuum cleaner for those who wish to manage the cleaning themselves. The condition of Studio Marg will be checked after your stay. Where cleaning is necessary, this will be deducted from your deposit. We can also organise cleaning service on your behalf, please request this when you book your stay.

Please note that cleaning and restocking Studio Marg before you leave ensures the return of your full deposit.

Welcome Pack – ‘Pay It Forward’

For your convenience and enjoyment, you will find Studio Marg is stocked with refreshments and basic supplies on a ‘Pay It Forward’ basis. On your arrival you will find:

• 1 bottle of white wine
• 1 bottle of red wine
• 6 beers 
• UHT milk
• Butter, jam, and marmalade
• Teabags, coffee, and sugar
• Biscuits & box of dried french toast
• Salt, pepper, spices, and other condiments
• Toilet rolls/kitchen towel

Please replace the items you have used on the list before you leave. This ensures that the next guests also enjoy the same hospitality you enjoyed on your arrival. If you don’t have time to replace the items you have used, the cost of these items will be deducted from your security deposit. If you have any special requests for things you would like to find at Studio Marg on your arrival, please contact us.
